is to offer the youth of the
Middle Country Central School District opportunities to develop socially, creatively, and educationally. Through structured workshops, counseling, tutoring, and recreation we aim to provide children with love, acceptance and encouragement in a safe drug and violence free environment.

2015 SCYA Summer Fun Day Camp
At Hawkins Path Elementary
Full Day parents arriving 15 minutes late will be subject to the Aftercare fee of $7.00, beyond 15 minutes a fee of $15 will be collected.
The SCYA Summer Fun Day Camp will work to promote the physical, emotional, and social well being of all children participating in our camp. To this end, staff will provide appropriate, proactive supervision and will encourage safe and appropriate interactions at all times. Campers will be supported in their navigation of social relationships and guided in their interactions.

SCYA Summer Fun Day Camp operates from June 29 – August 21, 2015
Half Day Program Hours: 9am – 12pm or 1pm – 4pm
Full Day Program: 9am – 4pm
Extended Hours: 7am – 9am (available to Morning and Full Day Campers only)
4pm – 6pm (available to Afternoon & Full Day Campers only)
There is a $7 fee per child for each extended period (am or pm) attended.
If you wish to utilize our Extended Care please notify the Camp Director in advance.

Field Trips: There are eight (8) trips scheduled throughout the 2015 Camp Season.
*Any “Camp Basic” camper in grades K – 8 wishing to attend a Field Trip and is registered for that day may do so by paying an additional
$50 for Full Day participants & $60 for Half Day participants.
*Please register & pay for any additional days at least a week in advance so we can secure additional buses if necessary.
NO SAME DAY PAYMENTS OR REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Sorry, no Pre-K children permitted on Field Trips.
